Do I need eye protection?

So far I am very impressed with the product! It’s quite large and very bright. It came well packaged with a detailed booklet of instructions, a door hanging cable, and glasses for when you use NIR. It feels solid and well made. I like how you can turn on and off the NIR depending on your needs. I have been using it on my face with just red light and on my hand (tendinitis) with NIR. It feels amazing and in these gray winter months it’s like a sun lamp. I will report back on any issues and how my skin is progressing.

I have had my Red light for about a month and with consistent use I have noticed some pain relief I believe from nerve damage from having the shingles in the past.
